Somewhere in central Massachusetts in 82'? My 1980 IT 175 handled so well that I was very competitive and won some 250 races. The tires were Carlisle V-knobs with special, sharp sheet metal screws. They would do some serious damage if you were unfortunate and came into contact with one that was spinning. On new, shiny glare ice, you could lean it over until the handlebars almost touched the ice before either of the tires lost traction! Not too much ice racing down here in Louisiana...
